Locking pin backs questions

I should add that my kids keep non-trading "keeper" pins locked, and trading pins either unlocked or in the same pouch as the allen wrench. We are at the point now where they need a lanyard for their "keepers" and a lanyard for their "traders".
That's what we do as well. My daughter once traded away the first pin she bought to another kid while we were ordering food. We found the family she traded with and explained the situation and they were gracious enough to trade back (plus we through in a few extra as a thank you). Since then, keepers get a locking back or go into a pin binder.

Hi,
I had purchased some of the locking pin backs at Disneyland, but keeping track of that tiny allen wrench is kind of a pain. What do you use to keep your pins from falling off of your lanyard? We are going to try pin trading for the first time on our next trip, so I'm looking for something that works well and is easy to use.

Do you have a favorite type of locking pin back?
What brand?
Where do you get them?
If you want a more secure back, try this trick a cast member showed me; push the pin into the solid part of the back just above the hole. It creates a stronger grip, I have yet to lose a pin this way.

The butterfly clasps work pretty good as well, but I've found they can snag on things easier.

We have a little plastic jar in a leather pouch that DH keeps in his pocket or bag. He keeps extra backs and the little Allen wrench in there.
I use the plastic tube my Fuel Rod came in to keep backs and wrenches.

To those of you who use the butterfly clasp type ones, don’t they shimmy loose? I prefer the locking ones because they really do lock in place and it’s almost impossible to get them off without the wrench, I don’t think I’m delicate enough for the other kind
