I booked a summer AP discount this week at the Cabins. I did not see the discounts listed on Chrome but did when I went through Microsoft on my computer.

Can someone tell me discount for POR 07/13-07/19 with 3 adults in room?
I'm specifically interested in preferred but if you can give me all available (don't need royals this time), I'd appreciate it.
I currently see (regular rate/summer discount rate)
Garden 272/247.30
Pool 305/277
River 316/286.9
Preferred - no longer listed but I believe we have it for 290.50 discounted

My AP rate for the lodge is the exact same as the summer offer - disappointing. I did get a better savings at the yacht club

Thank you Again!, I was able to change my BR 2 bedroom from the summer discount to AP and saved about $600 more! Not like the savings of the past few years but every bit counts!!

$137.33 per night, pre-tax. That’s 20% off the rack rate. Appears to be the same rate as the current general public offer (sort of a bummer).

Hi all - I have never been an APH before and my husband and I are planning a quick trip in 2 weeks. I need to ask a noobie question - how do you check for APH room discounts? When I go to book a hotel, I see the Fun & Sun Escape for FL Residents, but how would I see the discounted rate for a room?

ETA: I guess what I'm really asking is how do the resort discounts work for APH? Is it after you've activated your AP at the gate, you will see discounts appear in your MDE account that you can apply whenever they are made available? Is there a thread or thorough explanation somewhere that anyone can recommend? TIA.

If you call Disney Central Reservations and tell them you will have AP for your upcoming visit, they can check availability and rates, as well as reserve space for you. You can get your actual pass after you check in at the resort or right before. If you don't get the pass, you will be charged the rack rate for your room. Since charges post overnight, get your pass on your arrival date, and then go back to front desk to show them, on that day. As long as you validate the pass on your arrival date, you will be fine.

Until you have a valid/activated AP on your account, you won't be able to see the AP resort rates.

If you link your Annual Passholder vouchers in your My Disney Experience account you will be able to see and book the Annual Passholder rates even before you have activated your Annual Pass. The Annual Passes do NOT need to be activated to see this information.

For what it’s worth, you will also be able to get your AP discount on the Shop Disney Parks app, even before your passes are activated. It’s a nice little extra perk!
