Magic Band Shipping to Resort?

My first night at Pop will be 6/4. Our magic bands order states will be shipped to our resort. I called Disney to see why not shipped to my home. They stated I must have clicked the option to have them sent to resort. I don't think I did but doesn't matter at this point. I'm getting concerned though since we are right at a week out from check-in date and they still haven't shipped. Does anyone have experience with picking up your Magic Bands at the resort to know if it's common for them to wait so long to ship to resort?
 
Yes when you check in or go to your resort desk the CM will hand you your working Magic Band(s)
Although you didn't get the Disney Magic of the box arriving at your house...you will be just fine:earboy2:

Last year we added one of my sons last minute & they handed us his band at check in

I don't know if you meant to say take so long to ship to home or resort in your last line....but I assure you there are Magic Bands a plenty at the check- in desk ::yes::

So relax ...you will be a-ok.....HAVE FUN ON YOUR VACATION! :goofy:
 
Are you Canadian? Magic bands don’t ship to Canada. They are at the front desk of the resort waiting for us upon check in! Never had a problem.
 


hmm. Well I'm sure that it will work out and they will be waiting for you. It's disappointing though I'm sure that you can't skip the front desk upon arrival now.
 
I booked a last minute trip last year and my MB was waiting for me at check-in. Don't worry! Even if your actual bands aren't there, there are plenty and I'm sure there will not be any problems getting one. Have a good trip!

Thanks. I know they have Magic Bands at the resort but I would like my customized ones. And I did mean shipping to resort. The MDE shows my Magic band order but states it will be shipped to my resort soon. Not a huge deal if we don't get the ones we ordered, if that's all that goes wrong I will be thrilled!

Were you able to pick out colors or are they all gray?

The day I was there, they had bins full of all the colors behind the CMs at the check-in desk.

Yes, we have picked out our colors. I was thinking they only had gray at the resorts. Glad to hear they have color options. Thanks!
