I adored this show when i was a wee girl and was delighted to stumble across it on Amazon Prime Video. So weird to watch it as an adult. Yes it was cheesy and sugary at times but boy Anissa Jones and Johnny Whitaker were adorable as Buffy and Jody! Actually very talented little actors! And who would not have wanted an Uncle Bill?? He was the ultimate in understanding and warmth with his young charges.

I named two of my hens Buffy and Jody. 
And I'm pretty sure there was a Family Affair lunchbox in my past, but I don't remember if it belonged to me or to one of my aunts (the youngest is only 5 years older than I am).

Yes... I was born in 1963 and the show started in 1966 so I am thinking I must have watched reruns too. It is a nostalgic rush though to be sure
