Note: possible spoiler alerts ahead!

Ok we did this yesterday afternoon and had a lot of fun. The packs and head gear were heavier than I expected and I had a bit of trouble with my glasses and the visor.

We then spent all of dinner trying to figure it out! So this if for those who know -- how much actual walking around did we do? I read online there are 3 main areas, so those are separate 'rooms' you walk to, then on to the next? And in each of these areas most was simulation but there were some (like the buttons) real material as well? What about the pilots- was that VR or animatronics?

Would do it again now that I know what to expect as a participant, even tho it is pretty short.

I did reserve ahead, but when we went it would probably been a walk on. It wasn't busy at all.

I have no idea what you are talking about but I'm REALLY interested to find out...

As far as I know it's just a few spaces set up that you walk in and out of. What you see determines what you would even interact with. At one point my Mom walked through a wall and a staff member had to turn her around. There are no animatronics in the attraction. The closest thing is the astromech at the end when you take your helmet off it is really there. It doesn't move or anything though.

We really considered doing this, but I was unsure if DD10 would be able to handle it all well. It sounds like a blast, though!

yes it was really fun! So the pilots in the beginning and end are part of the simulation? For info on what this is, google The Void- Star Wars...Dis Springs is one of the handful of locations where they have this. It is located across from Earl of Sandwich and almost at Bibbity Bobbity, Disney Springs.

It was really fun, but a little short. I'm not even a huge Star Wars fan, but my sister wanted to try it and a friend recommended it. I was glad I did it!

They said they were looking to add a Marvel experience and a Wreck-It-Ralph experience as well.

My kids did it this month and really liked it! (Sorry, I don't know the answers to your questions!)

I'm staying offsite during my trip, can I do it as well? How? What? I need more Star Wars! Tell me!
