Are you a crier or a yeller?

I tend to get angry first, then cry later. (And then I get mad at myself for crying)
Pretty much this.

There’s always exceptions of course. I am used to sass from my girls but my DS is a pleaser. Imagine my surprise when he started getting a little mouthy. After a couple of days of this I went to firmly tell him to knock it off in my mom voice and burst into tears. I don’t know who was more shocked, him or me, lol. He must have hugged me a dozen times after that.

My oldest is an arguer, so we spent many years yelling back and forth. DD14 is a non-emotional silent fighter lol, so I've never really had to yell at her. She will go silent and just stare at me with slitted eyes when I am getting on her about something lol which is frustrating in it's own right, but does save us from arguing!

The two 7th grade boys are pleasers. I get very frustrated with both of them sometimes (both tend to be scatterbrained and forget everything I tell them to do) so I yell, then feel terrible when they just say OK, and don't yell back. DS18, as the oldest and firstborn, truly conditioned me. I secretly kind of like when the little boys stand up to me. In my mind, I think "good for you!" But of course, out loud, I have to tell them to not talk back!

Used to be both. Do not like to raise my voice. But cry less and less. But if I had to chose, more of a crier.

I get angry and then I can’t even talk because I’ll start crying if I do.

This is me. Unfortunately even at work. But then again they know if I'm crying something is not right because it takes a lot to push me over the edge. But when they do I get mad and cry.
