I have always received an email with folio attached detailing charged expenses. I was at Pop & VGF for Princess wknd & just returned from BCV. I didn’t get a folio for either VGF or BCV. Nothing since my Pop stay.

I luckily asked for a printout yesterday before we caught ME, but it’s wasteful & a pain. Anyone else not receiving their folio?
 
We were there the Princess Half weekend, received the folio email. We were at CR for a quick trip last weekend - did not receive the folio email. FWIW.

I have mostly received the email in the past but I think on occasion I haven’t, so I chalked it up to inconsistent Disney IT. But I have received it on most recent trips so I did find it a bit odd.

Thx! I’ve always received one before the last two trips. I’m just going to request a printout before checking out from now on I guess.

They used to slide a printout under your door & I was fine with it being replaced with an electronic version, but I need one or the other!
 
I received an email when I stayed at AKL a few weeks ago. But it was blank. They didn't charge my card until 4 or 5 days later and never sent me an updated Folio.
 


Maybe they are having issues because of the new policy. I’m sure we’re all shocked...
It was weird, my husband's magic band didn't work for charges but mine did. We were only there for 2 days so it wasn't a big deal. When I looked up charges in MDE there was nothing there. I was hoping maybe I got lucky and the charges would disappear into cyberspace when they hadn't charged my card after 3 days. LOL
 


For our December trip to the BWI, we received the folio email, but the folio was blank.

For our February trip to the GF, we didn’t even receive the folio email. It was as if they just gave up.

FWIW, we had paid off both stays a month before arrival and never charged anything to our magic bands. Still, it would have been nice to have the complete statement for our records. In the future I will be sure to screenshot and print the room charge folio from the app before it disappears.
 
I know I'm "old school" but the morning we check out, I always go to the front desk and request a paper copy of our guest folio. The cast members are always fine with it and I know everything is correct before we leave the property. We usually receive an email copy, too.

Yep, this is what I do also. Either the night before check out or that morning. We always pay the balance off with gift cards every other nite so usually I go down the night before.
