Looking for basket or egg filler ideas for teens (specifically, I have a near 16-yr-old DD)

I try to limit chocolate/candy and often fill a basket with things she needs anyway.... summer items like a new bathing suit, towel, sunglasses, flip flops, etc. Ive done that a few times. Looking for new ideas.

Thus far I have a water bottle, reusable straws and a couple Pure Vida bracelets. Total is less than $20 as everything was on sale/clearance.

I will be following. I have 3 teens, DD18, DD16, and DS15. We’re traveling to the Gulf Coast for spring break and arrive the day before Easter, soo will need to pack their goodies as well. Summer items are just “Eh”, as I’ve just bought them all a few new things for the trip already. They never eat the candy, so they’ll get like 1 piece each. Gift cards are a possibility, but was hoping for some more fun ideas.

My teens said they don't want anything but Cadbury eggs, so I'm buying interests and travel needs...

For our game convention trip, I got them these - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01E0BDJ20/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - My oldest had asked for something small that would hold her phone, permit, game tickets, and money and has a strap, so it seemed a win for both...

Then, they have both been taking a semester long cake decorating class, so I got 4lbs of decorator icing, Wilton gel-based icing colors, and an expanded decorator tool set.

They always need new swim goggles, so I got them each a Speedo pair. And I got them each a $1 water sprayer (their brothers also got one - it's fair water fights this year).

And I'm gonna top of the basket with $10 e-cards - 1 to the Switch and 1 to the PS4.

I spent $45 each before I add in the candy (we always do a chocolate cross and the cadbury eggs...and then I fill eggs that I had with random candy - probably snickers and kit kats this year). I wanted to spend $50/basket, b/c we have other stuff going on this year, and I met my target...

Well your list is things I was going to suggest except replace Pure Vida bracelets with Lokai bracelets. I don’t know if this would be redundant but Hydro Flask has some discontinued colors on sale so I picked up a 22oz tumbler with straw lid for her to use at places like Starbucks and ordered a vinyl decal with her initial/name to put on it.

I really cut back on the candy this year. I stuck with the smaller candy, bite size stuff instead of bags. I picked up a Starbucks gift card & going to get a new pair of swim goggles. Husband still likes to put money (not much) in some eggs.

Cooling towel, lighted phone charger cord, popsocket, face wipes, socks, and a drawstring Adidas bag to put it all in.

DD18 is getting lots of candy (she is a candy-aholic) plus a leather camera strap and some scented candles. I might throw $20 in there. In the past I've done a lot more, but at 18, it's time to cut back on the "Easter Bunny"!

I have teen nieces. They have gotten manicure stuff (polish, files, polish remover), hair stuff (clips, headbands, hair ties, nice brushes), planting themed stuff (seeds, flowerpot, watering can). My niece has a tree nut allergy so candy choices are limited.

Gift cards, for places like McDonald's, Chick-filet, Starbucks, cold stone or twisty treat( ice cream), sub way, movies, bowling, ... so she can have some money for the mall or out with friends..

Travel size items, hand sanitizer, chap stick or lip balm, small zippered pouch for make-up or girl needs.

Mine will get some candy and other little things, but I think the highlight will be the "money bunny". - Last year after Easter, I found a fill-able plastic bunny that looks like the big chocolate ones, and I'm going to put a bunch of $5 bills in it.
