I'm guessing some will argue that Portillos is not a national chain but I disagree.

Midwest + California and Florida is enough. They will continue to expand too.

I didn't realize Chipotle, Panera, and Mod Pizza were considered "fast food." I thought they were a notch up and classified as "fast casual."

If those types are allowed on your thread, low-key, that certainly makes me rethink what my choices would be. Are they fair game?

Yes, those are fast food. At least the first two, never heard of the pizza place.
