Goofy's Kitchen vs. Storyteller's Cafe

I have reservations for 3 of the character meals at DLR , (Plaza Inn, Goofy's Kitchen, and Storyteller's Cafe) but I think I'd like to drop one one. I'll keep our Plaza Inn breakfast, because it seems like a good way to see a whole bunch of unique characters. Which other one should I keep? Goofy's is scheduled for our arrival day, and Storyteller's is scheduled for our second to last morning.

It's me, DH, DD (9), and DS (7). We love character meals, and some of our favorite Disney memories are of those character interactions!

I'd keep Goofy's Kitchen, simply because you don't have to use park time to do it, and it's perfect for arrival night!

I agree with the PP about keeping Goofys on arrival night. That will keep your mornings (valuable hours) more open too

Yes, I would keep goofys. But so am biased because that’s what I plan on doing... we have breakfast at the Hotel so I don’t wanna pay twice for breakfast so I‘ll do goofys dinner instead...( that is if the price doesn’t skyrocket for the holiday time...)

We’re doing Goofy’s on our arrival day as a way to kick off our vacation, meet some characters (maybe saving some time in meet and greet lines later), and preserve our early morning golden hours

Dinner at goofys is always a must for us. I do think the food at most character places are about the same. I do like the interaction and the ambiance of Goofys a whole lot more than Storytellers. I would also prefer to do one breakfast and one dinner and not two breakfast.

Is Goofy dinner better than the breakfast? I have always done breakfast because I don't think anyone can screw breakfast up too much.

I have never had breakfast at Goofys, but one of my siblings has and said he much preferred dinner. If you want breakfast then i would personally choose brunch. You get breakfast and a few lunch items with the characters. Brunch would be at Storytellers but i think i saw goofy was offering brunch also. It might have been a seasonal one.

Goofy's for character meals. We had some absolutely atrocious service at Storyteller one time and have never been back. I do love the craftsman details there though.

Storys if its breakfast. Goofys is WAY overpriced and food not that great!

I’ve had breakfast at both, honestly the food is about the same at both with a slight edge going to Story. However, I totally think Goofy’s has much more whimsical atmosphere (the entry) and better photo op.
