Is it the building with the numbers on the doors?
Yes, "creepy doll"is in a window but not LTT and, since LS is so small, it's close to all the places you've named but I have one other more specific spot in mind that will identify the location. It's closer to Hall of President's and Haunted Mansion shop area than it is to the Christmas shop.

I'M SORRY
! I honestly think people would be more willing to serve if they didn't make it so "excruciating painful" while sitting through the "BS" 
! For instance...today...one of the attorney's asked if we (potential jury members) thought her client was guilty. DUH...how the hell are we suppose to know when we haven't heard any of the arguments yet AND "PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY" is the BASIS of the legal system. 
And then...LITERALLY HER NEXT QUESTION WAS "Do you think my client is INNOCENT"? 
All I wanted to say was "ARE YOU KIDDING ME???"
