Best Veg food options?

Went in January for the first time and I found almost everywhere very yummy and accommodating to vegetarians.

My favourite meal was at Boma in Animal Kingdom Lodge. Amazing variety and a ton of delicious veggie foods. You'll like it if you're a fan of Indian flavours. You can ask for a veggie dinner at Ohana which was also delicious. The veggie appetizer there is a hummus trio that is soooo goood.
Satuli Canteen was my favourite place in Animal Kingdom. SciFi Drive In in Hollywood.
DisneyFoodBlog was very helpful for me to look at menus and whatnot.
