Questions for those who did this class at the 2018 F&W Festival.

Did your child/you enjoy it? I think my 10yo would really like it!

It has not formally been announced for the 2019 festival but there is talk that this class might now be $10/person. I'm happy to pay $10 for my child to make candy sushi but, do you think I will need to purchase a ticket also if I'm just there to watch/help her?

I know it's a little hard to know for sure since the class was free in 2018 but I'm just trying to plan ahead as I heard the classes filled up quickly in 2018.

i would sooner book for 2 and not need 1, then book for 1 and find out later you need 2. I've been looking to do this for DD age 12 as well this year, but not sure it'll be good for her as she now has braces and the foods are sticky =(

I tried to book this last year and couldn’t find it until it was booked. Can someone tell me where I can find it, same as searching for an ADR? Maybe I can snag one if I can find it the day it drops. I think my boys may like it. Thanks

It has been formally announced for 2019... but cost (not a minor detail) and few booking details are pending.

  • Candy Sushi
Learn how to roll your own sweet sushi treats with a Disney Chef in this hands-on Festival offering at 3:30 and 5:30 daily at The Land pavilion. Booking information coming soon!

Reservations rumored to open 5/30. Last year parents were welcome to “stand behind” their child and help but no telling how will go this year.

Last year you had the option of having a ticket or not. I felt a little bad that I had a spot but spent most of my time helping DD7 so didn't make much of my own. There was a standby line who could have used my spot if i’d known!

I had trouble booking online, but was able to get it when I called. I didn't see anywhere where it said parents could sit behind this year, so I just paid for myself too.
