APs and Resort guests can now upgrade their magicband

It looks like it’s making me choose my basic bands color again, but I keep getting error or no results. I just want my plain bands sent.
 
I had already picked our free MBs a while ago. I click on Edit Order and keep getting Stitch. For those that have successfully upgraded, were you editing your order or was it a new order?

I had ordered pink for myself and green for my fiancé ages ago. When I went in it was like I’d not picked anything yet, and I had to start again.

I have some time, and am not overly enthusiastic about the current options so I’m just going to sit on it now and see if they make more available (doubt it but worth go). However, if I forget to- I will end up with 2 Grey bands - because what I already ordered appeared to be “lost”.

Cliff notes version- even if you don’t want to upgrade, I’d reselect if I were you.
 
I don't know. Maybe come up to chat with their tech people in Seattle about it? They hire interns. Young interns. A very smart young man I knew from the YMCA was turned down about 7 years ago; too qualified. He's now solidly on his way to VP level at amazon and is so glad Disney turned him down.
My husband worked with Disney for a year or so, but on the logistical software side, not IT. He always jokes to not blame him when MDE goes down. :laughing:
 


Is today the first day? I can't remember, but went it to do mine and experiencing a lot of the same issues. At work, so difficult to keep the screen up and keep refreshing :-(. I have only 2 days left to order.
 
Just a PSA for this and all future site rollouts. Please please please don't sit there refreshing!!! I know we all want to see it, but the constant refreshing is what keeps the server from being able to function! Just wait, check maybe once every 5-10 minutes, or come back in a few hours.
 
I recieved a payment screen and then a Congratulations! with an order number. It took a while and lots of refreshing. I also got a confirmation email.
So you pay at the time you choose? I keep getting an error but was hoping to figure that out for planning purposes
 


My site is updated, but I got an error when I clicked to customize. Boo. Luckily it's my AP band so I'm not in a time crunch!
 
Of course it goes live today, ours "shipped" over the weekend - as in, they've sent notice to usps, but haven't actually delivered the packages to usps yet.

This worked for me! I had been refreshing (before I saw this), but then had real work to do lol so just left the screen up and came back to it a few minutes later. When I came back to it, everything worked.
 
I got through finally and ordered my daughter an upgraded band, but stuck with the complimentary for us adults. If I have magic bands from before, can I still use those? Asked another way, can 1 person have more than 1 active magic band for a single trip?
 
I have been trying off and on for hours and sometimes I get to the option to pick a new one but it never goes past that to pay for it.
 
All I get is a white screen with:

Your MagicBand Order.

:sad2: Hoping later tonight it will calm down.

Yes you can have more than 1 active MB.
 
It seems to be working now. I was able to order one this morning (early - around 6 am), and I just went in now and was able to order for my other stay. I was not able to get in earlier today - around 11 AM.
