I never had till just recently, I bought a one year subscription to the The Athletic, its a sports site, so far is nice, but its to early to tell rather might do this more

Actually, just started maybe 6-8 weeks ago? There was a really good article about Jamie Baker - the color commentator of the San Jose Sharks. They went into depth about his mental health struggles. It was very eye opening and something that so many athletes suffer from - look at the number of suicides and unintentional overdoses by former hockey and football players.

My favorite article has been the one profiling Patrick Sharp - the former Blackhawks player who is making a name for himself as an analyst on NBC Sports. While I enjoy his commentary, I could just stare at Patrick Sharp all day. That man is just too good looking for words...LOL

Only Amazon Prime. We had Netflix for awhile years ago, but didn't watch enough to feel it was worthwhile. Every once in a while I consider subscribing to a news site, as I tend to hit the free limit on several. Haven't actually done it yet though.

I’m waffling on getting a subscription to The Athletic. I do agree that they have great in depth articles that blow the local paper out of the water. Maybe when hockey season comes back around.

We subscribe to Netflix and that’s it. About 10 years ago I paid a monthly fee to a site where I played a lot of games to be able to earn badges and not get ads.

We don't have cable and live quite a way from any major shopping area, so I subscribe to a lot of web-based services - Amazon Prime; Netflix, Hulu and Sling in rotating combinations based on what shows are in season and what channels we want to have; Scribd for ebooks. And I have digital subscriptions to several news outlets, including the NY Times, Washington Post and a local daily put out by my paper's parent company.

Local newspaper, because my wife and I are Journalists and frankly, the local paper is dying.

Otherwise, no. It it isn't free, or if there isn't a way to backdoor access, I don't go to a website.

DH probably has a few but all I have are Amazon Prime and Netflix. The kids use to have Club Penguin and Animal Jam memberships if those count.

DW and I have a subscription to Ancestry.com. It's $20/month but we enjoy genealogy research and they're adding stuff all the time.

I do have Prime, but you said that didn't count ;)

And Netflix.
Will be adding Hulu soon, going to ditch Dish
