I have also been on the fantasy when we had to make an emergency stop to drop off a pregnant woman. Being dropped off in a random Caribbean country for medical care for your pregnancy seems very risky. Would give me pause before deciding to sail while pregnant.

We have noticed this too. We have stopped dressing up for palo now. No jacket and tie for DH or really nice dress for me now. This does have an upside -less clothes to pack!

We sailed 11/4 last year and had no decorations on the ship. Week before was Halloween. Week after was Christmas. November might work for you to sail with the ship not decorated.
