Interesting. Shows how experiences can differ. I went on one RCL cruise (Independence of the Seas) and it was definitely a party boat. It was a 3-night cruise with stops at Nassau and Coco Cay. There were empty cups left all over the ship in all nooks and crannies. All the event hosts (i.e...
I am going to be doing a Disney Cruise on the Disney Magic out of San Juan, Puerto Rico, in a couple of weeks. Yeah! We are staying in an airbnb the night before the cruise. I'd love to get a run in before heading to the ship. Has anyone run in San Juan before? Any suggestions about how to find...
That is intense!
I did a 17-mile run, did two mile-long walks with my dog, mowed my lawn and did some chores around the house (laundry, vacuum, etc.) yesterday and didn't even get to 33,000 steps. I can't imagine getting 35,000/day!
SAFD: If it is a race that I'm passionate about (i.e., Dopey), I have used @DopeyBadger plans. Seeing all of us who have said that shows the importance that Billy is to this community. I know I wouldn't be as good of a runner or as knowledgeable without those plans and structure.

We have some other vacations that are taking...

As someone who worked in college athletics for a long time and is still well connected to it, I can attest that you are certainly well prepared to work any hours at another job. Good luck if you do apply!
Makes me grateful for just having to deal with rain during my run this morning!
Not looking forward to 10+ MPH winds tomorrow morning for a long run (~16 miles), though!
