Did you check for a reservation for six people instead of five? Disney's system doesn't like odd numbers. You can also check for a four and a two and ask to be seated together. And definitely set up one of the free alerts - lots of people cancel the day before or day of!

If you are staying onsite, you can make reservations for your length of stay. (I think you can also hold five other reservations (for the Incredipass), but I have been an AP for three whole days so I'm no expert :teeth: )
