As far as the blackouts go, that is only for main gates. For these blacked out dates at Magic Kingdom, the cast member can still enter the park, however they cannot bring anyone in with them.

This is correct, you get it for day but not for HHN. Express passes for HHN are quite expensive. They are not posted for this year, as far as I can see, but they will be probably be around 40 dollars a piece for your night. They will put you in a much shorter wait, probably around 10...

But the plans for Transformers were made prior to Disney buying Marvel, as it was in 2008 that Universal announced it for Hollywood and Singapore. So do we really know that these plans are from a supposed update to Spiderman? I'm sure Universal would've replaced Spiderman with Transformers...
