Do we know when they have the refurbishments of the DVC villas at Kidani and Jambo scheduled? I know 2025, but I don't know when. Will they do Kidani and Jambo at the same time? Has anyone noticed blocks of rooms being taken out of service? We are hoping to stay at Jambo in March 2025.

I think part of the negativity about the size of SSR comes from when it first opened, before they had the Paddock Pool. Now every section has some pros and cons.

I actually like the procedure, you get it all done in advance and don't have to wait in long lines at the port. They can board people much more quickly. The only reason to do it at midnight is if you are worried about a good PAT. But generally they have open boarding after an hour or two anyway.

My TA said that in Fort Lauderdale we would need to get a PAT even with DCL transportation, that advantage currently doesn’t exist at Ft Lauderdale. PAT probably doesn’t matter as much as boarding group.
