    Dole Whip at Sheetz

I am from Altoona and grew up with the Sheetz kids (well, I guess we aren't kids anymore :rotfl2:) Unfortunately, now I live in Wawa country so I can only get my MTO fix when I go home to visit.

What am I forgetting? I don't want to get quarantined.

Gorgeous! We leave from Charlotte at noon tomorrow, assuming Elsa doesn't wreak havoc on our flight. Maybe we'll see you around the resort! Have a great vacation 😊

What am I forgetting? I don't want to get quarantined.

We just loaded our negative ID NOW results to our accounts. What are the QR codes you mentioned? Is that related to the COVID test or is it a different app that we need to download?

    Is Online Check-In Worth It?

DH and I have never used online check-in at WDW. For some reason, I always preferred to just go to the Front Desk to check-in. However, we are headed to Aulani on July 8th and DH is thinking we should try online check-in for this trip. Since we've never done it, I'm nervous that something...

Free popcorn refills for DVC members

When I told my husband about the free refills, he just about lost his mind! We LOVE popcorn so this will be a great little perk for our trip in July 🍿:P

    Il Mulino Question

You can order from the full restaurant menu in the lounge/bar area. We actually prefer that to sitting in the restaurant area because it's a little more casual. Enjoy!

    Big River Grille gone?

Probably wouldn't fit in with the Jersey Shore theme...except for the cheese fries.

Large group dining is outrageously complicated

This! Several years ago DH was trying to plan a family dinner for my birthday at Il Mulino but they said any party size over 12 (we were going to have 14) had to go through their special events booking group which required a minimum spend, special menu, etc. We ended up booking for 12 and...

Cape May for someone who doesn't like seafood?

I'm a vegetarian and have really enjoyed Cape May the few times we've gone. There is definitely more on the buffet than just seafood. If you are okay with the smell of seafood, I'd say give it a try!

    ESPN on Boardwalk

The also accept Tables in Wonderland. Fair warning...DH and I were there around 9pm on Monday night during the NHL finals. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded, but it took FOREVER to get service. We ordered a pitcher of beer and an appetizer and it took about 30 minutes to get them. As soon...

Need to vent on 'Ohana experience

In my very limited experience with Ohana, the food runners are just that - runners. They seem to drop the food on your table or plate so quickly that you don't have time to ask questions or stop them. I'm a vegetarian and the few times we went I ended up with meat on my plate before I could...

    Vegan/Vegetarian Restaurant/Dining Help Thread

I was thinking the same thing when I saw those listed. If they were using an off brand or something proprietary to Disney, I doubt they could call them Twinkies. I would assume they are the real thing. What makes it even more confusing is that the Twinkies ingredient list says they contain...

    Vichyssoise at Les Halls

I remember getting this last May (?) and it was hot. I'm a sucker for a bread bowl and the creaminess of the potato soup made the inside of the bowl really gooshy and yummy :lovestruc

Whispering Canyon Cafe - lunch vs. Dinner and stick pony

Went for dinner 2 weeks ago and they were doing stick ponies, ketchup calls, giant drinks and some sassing. We had a later reservation so the restaurant was only about 1/2 full.

Beer for Breakfast? Booze Now on Be Our Guest Breakfast Menu

You aren't kidding about the prices! $28 for a croissant donut?! I'm pretty sure it's the same one that they sell in Epcot for $5. There's no way a little fruit cup and some mass-produced pastries can make up the additional $23 cost.

Best Snack For $6 and Under Around WDW!?

Well, if you're willing to share with someone, you can get the cheese plate and a full-sized baguette from Les Halles for $13. Slightly more than $6 per person, but it's really tasty :) Or, if you're a carb-lover like me, the baguette and a few pats of butter are all I need to be happy lol!

Are "walk ins" possible at Il Mulino at the Swan? Other walk in suggestions?

If you aren't opposed to it, the lounge/bar area is usually open and you can still order from the full menu. My husband and I actually prefer to eat dinner there because it's a little less stuffy and we can be a bit more leisurely. There is also live music sometimes on the weekend (can't...
