Can’t see how it can be ‘bots’ whatever those are … owners aren’t stupid, even we know that the coveted rooms are valuable so I believe it’s owners grabbing them within minutes of 11 month window with or without intent to rent which I can’t really see an issue with them doing with their points...

But wouldn’t you as an owner have the same chance at 11 months as those other 100 that only want the rooms to rent them out … if it’s not actually the rental company booking the rooms I am not seeing the issue … now if what you are saying is the companies or their designees are buying contracts...

Never rented from a ‘commercial’ renting site but what’s to stop an owner from purchasing a rental they desire once in a while and then renting their own points to cover the cost? Do rental companies have some kind of advantage over an actual owner to get these coveted rooms? If not what is...

Can’t speak for the 1br but the renovated studios definitely have the murph … skyliner is a short walk from BW … never stayed at YC but have stayed at BCV and in our opinion BW is the better location

Impossible? Maybe but we have been able to book 2-4 nights at BW inside 7 months at least one time much less than that … not always in a standard but we have managed including during one of these races. Cant recall which event but we were awakened extremely early by the noise of the race.
