My DD spent the summer in Bermuda doing coral reef research. She will be spending 3 weeks in the Galapagos this January through her college. I highly encourage travel. It’s much more difficult to travel internationally once you have a family and are established.
I checked the website about 7:35 CT and put my group number on and chose dinner time. Ogas popped up as the third choice. I was pretty surprised because I was booking for 3 families, so a party of 10. I was actually really looking for dinner, but jumped on Ogas since it was available.
Did anyone have any luck booking the World of Color dessert party for December 28-29? I was able to get Ogas for the 29th, so I’m excited about that. App wouldn’t work this morning for me though. Had to use the website.
I’ll be interested to hear about the new Ed Debevics. I have fond memories of going there with my family as a kid.
My daughter is majoring in marine science. Right now she’s interested in coral restoration.
I have a daughter in college too. She’s a junior at a school in Florida.
Your vacation sounds lovely! Hope you have a safe trip.
And happy belated birthday, Slo!
Thanks! Those are great suggestions. I haven’t seen anything about the recycle poncho can before. I’m looking forward to the trip but I’m also nervous about all the planning and it will be my first time using genie
Hello! I’m in the NW suburbs. Happy to join the thread. I’m currently planning a short (2 day) family reunion trip to Disneyland between Christmas and new year’s. I’ve never been there. Any tips?
My DD evacuated to west palm beach from St Petersburg. They’ve had several tornado warnings throughout the night, but are fine. Very stressful. Hope everyone is ok!
Eatly is a fun, busy place. Something for everyone. You’re also close to do-rite donuts, one of my favorite places downtown. They have all kinds of donuts, including gluten free and vegan. Yum!
I’m thinking about trying for the dessert party for our December trip, mainly because I think everyone will want a seat away from crowds at that time. It sounds like it was worth it for your family. Did you end up with a lot of leftovers from the desserts?
