Has anyone actually been on this ride yet? Still wondering why there is no wheelchair ride vehicle. From watching many YouTube videos and listening to reactions etc., I don’t see this ride being any rougher movement wise and unsafe for a wheelchair user any more than Safari, Toy Story Mania...

Complete POV ride through of Na'vi River Journey ride. No drop or hill noted. Some have said boats are small and would not be stable enough to support a wheelchair. Do they have to use the exact same boat? A wheelchair with companion seat would work I would think using a modified boat.

Very odd... It's almost like they are keeping it a secret for some reason! Usually there are more images and even mock up models of the ride and ride cars. They have to know that information by now! Aren't they in the process of building it?

Hopefully...but I heard a rumor that there is going to be a drop. Even though it will be built from scratch if they add a drop at all that will eliminate any chance of having a wheelchair accessible ride car!

Does anyone know yet if the Na'vi River Journey "canoe" boats will be wheelchair accessible or will those in wheelchairs need to transfer? I apologize if this has already been posted and discussed. I searched but couldn't find any answers on ride cars or track/layout. Thank you!

Thank you so much! Yes it helps! :thumbsup2 My daughters wheelchair measures 43 inches long. She sits in a reclined position (can't sit straight up at all) and that makes it longer and more difficult to fit. :flower3:
