Boy do they oversell this Halloween party!!!

We went to the September 25th party and the rides and candy lines were OK, that being said there was a lot of people traffic! All of the pathways seemed busy. This was our 3rd party, and we've always done midweek parties and it was definitely the busiest I've seen it. I would rather do after...

Raglan Road worth the trek to Disney Springs?

Dh and I ate there for the first time last week and it's somewhere I booked an adr for after reading rave reviews on here. To be honest I found it just OK. The food was fine, the experience was fine but for me it's a one and done and I wouldn't make a special trip to ds just to eat there.

Limited choices due to last minute people addition.. What would you choose?

Dh and I went to frontera last week and had a good meal, service was fine too but nothing special. I haven't eaten at enzos but we visited the bar in there and loved the setting so I'd edge more towards that just for the ambiance.

    "Official" 2018 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party - A Spooktacular Celebration!

Just thought I'd put my thoughts on about last night's party. Most rides were pretty easy to get on. The longest dh and I queued was for about 15 mins for space mountain but I know sdmt had a longer wait. Trick and treat lines eased off after the first hour. We didn't queue for any character...

    Must-have Healthy Options!

I'm here now and on the hunt for healthy options too. I loved the satulii canteen! Really filling and (hopefully) not that bad for you. I also had some lettuce wraps at pecos bills which were OK and had scallops and polenta at olivias cafe at Old key west yesterday and shrimp and grits at...

Here now (15th-29th Sept) advice on free breakfast offer

I was just wondering if anyone who's had the free breakfast offer at value resorts can help. Is there a way to see how many credits have been used or are left? We've just checked in and I can't find it on the mde app or website?

    MK Proposal Question

Dh proposed to me in front of the castle at park opening 6 years ago. He didn't really want loads of people either but the few people who were walking past us and looking with big grins on their faces actually made for some really good photos. I think you've got some lovely ideas there good luck!!

Hurricane florence - will planes reroute?

My flight from London appears to be OK at the moment. Virgin have issued advisories for all the affected airports and we seem to be safe for our transatlantic flight

    Sprained Ankle help

I haven't had to deal with this at disney but I have got weak ankles due to going over on them multiple times and I am avoiding all sport this week as I'm overdue a good injury and we leave for wdw Saturday... However, I did have a good sprain 3 days before I went out to borneo to spend a...

    Hurricane watch 2018

Really well put. Dh and I are flying in to Orlando from London UK on the 15th so the hurricane will likely be directly in our usual flight path. I'm hopeful that we will just reroute but there's no way of knowing yet. Its definitely good to have a place to vent worries, we booked this vacation...

Hurricane florence - will planes reroute?

I am keeping an eye on this one too. We have a few non park days scheduled so we could juggle our plans around a little bit if the parks are affected while we're there but fingers crossed that storm will head elsewhere!

Hurricane florence - will planes reroute?

We're flying from London, UK so our normal flight path is across the Atlantic to Canada then down the Eastern seaboard to Florida. We have a nonstop flight so luckily no issues with connecting flights.

Hurricane florence - will planes reroute?

I'm hoping so! We booked our vacation 18 months ago and life has thrown a lot mine and dh way in that time, I really hope we're not delayed by weather! We're in need of a couple of weeks away :faint:

Hurricane florence - will planes reroute?

I have also posted this on the uk planning forum but thought I'd pop it on here too in case there is someone who knows the answer. We're flying out next Saturday (15th) which will be right around the time that hurricane florence could make landfall on the east coast which is right in our flight...
