Copper Creek has both cabins (which are very much like the bungalows) and 3-bedroom villas, so I don't think the bungalows preclude a 3-bedroom option, even if the new Poly is part of the original Poly association.

I don't know the exact temperature, but it's not super warm. We have been able to get it adjusted by the resort, but couldn't do so ourselves.
