2019 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: August 29-November 23, 2019

I have had the AP discount applied to other D&B bags, so I expect you would be able to use it for this as well.

Second trip. Looking for some ways to spend less on food...without cooking.

You can get a whole pizza, which would easily feed 3, at Ulu Cafe for $25 or so. That would make a great, economical dinner one evening.

    Disney dollars

They won't let you apply payment in advance (gift cards or Disney Rewards dollars), but you don't have to wait until the last day. You can pay your balance down at at anytime during your visit. You just can't pay more than your balance.

2019 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: August 29-November 23, 2019

The first time we attended I was hesitant because while I like margaritas, I wasn't a straight tequila person. But DH and I agreed we'd each get to pick one event and this was his pick. I'm so glad we did it. We've actually attended 4 times now we liked it so much. I discovered that it isn't...

    Aulani Mixology Workshop

We participated in this earlier this month. It actually was a good value. We had 8 people signed up, but 2 were on their way in from the airport and didn't arrive until the very end, so we had quite the intimate experience. You do have to be a DVC member to participate. The glass is very...

    Aulani spa and sales

I agree with all above posters, no sales pitch, and most beautiful, amazing, relaxing spa I have ever been too. Definitely plan to show up at least one hour before your treatment and stay afterwards. So worth it.

    Photopass USB instead of CD

I found the same thing when I was there earlier this month. If you have the Disneyland app, you can view the photos and buy individual photos, but I didn't see the option to buy all for one price until I logged onto the disneyland site. It was $78 to download all pictures taken within one week.

Stopping at Target en route from airport - Safe?

Yes! I wish I had known that about bags in general in Hawaii. I had not uncovered that tidbit in my planning. We were able to get cheap reusable bags at Target ($1-2).

Stopping at Target en route from airport - Safe?

Thanks for all the feedback. We just returned from a wonderful trip. So worth the travel exhaustion! By the time we landed, got luggage, took the shuttle to the rental car counter, and got the rental car, it was 4 pm HST (so 10 pm EST, and we had been up since 4:45 am), and we hit that major...

That is exactly what I am thinking I will do.

Stopping at Target en route from airport - Safe?

Thank you. We are renting a Jeep so that is my concern. I think either we'll wait until after we arrive to shop, or one of us will stay in the vehicle while one shops.

Stopping at Target en route from airport - Safe?

We want to make a stop at Target to pick up a few things for the room. It seems to make the most sense to just stop on our drive to Aulani from the airport. In researching for this trip, I've seen many warnings about not leaving valuables in your car, even the trunk, due to a high number of...

    Aulani Mixology Workshop

I am also interested in learning about this. And do you have to wait until you are there to sign up or can you call and book in advance?

    Booking dining reservations

Thanks for info. We are there May 1 - May 11. Great suggestion on looking at Open Table. We do have reservations at Roy's nearby one night, the Luau one night, Ama Ama at sunset one night, and Makahiki character breakfast one day. Since we know we have Ama Ama for susnet one night, I'm fine...

    Booking dining reservations

Is it necessary to have dining reservations every night? I've booked the luau and I've booked a couple of nights, but I didn't want to be tied to a specific ressie every night. Are their options for walk ups? I don't mind waiting, but I don't want to find out that we have no dinner options...

2018 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: August 30 to November 12, 2018

Actually this isn't their fourth quarter. Disney's fiscal year runs October 1 to September 30th. so they are in a new year with a new budget and that is why all the prices have gone up. This is and of itself isn't surprising. It is changing the Food and Wine festival items that is shocking...

Post Your 2018 Food & Wine Festival Special Events Here

Call Disney Dining and ask them to note on your reservation that you have two people who can't eat seafood. I did this last year for a member of my party for both the Italian Regional lunch and the Mexican Tequila lunch. Both events had a seafood course but my friend was provided an...

2018 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: August 30 to November 12, 2018

This isn't new new, or specific to Disney\Food and Wine. I believe it has to do with Florida ABC laws. You can only purchase two alcoholic beverages per adult with ID.
