Check out how often I post since 2008 and then judge my “obsession”. Fights over tumblers? $5000 for 2 nights at a Star Wars hotel? It’s not for me but I do question what hole people are trying to fill in their lives. I’ve been around long enough to see it go from fun and fandom to obsession.

I cannot believe people are actually going to pay for this. Maybe I’ve been so many times I just don’t care to and I won’t pay. As soon as my daughter is of age and can pay her own way I’m out. My husband and I met working for Disney but I’m over it. Too complicated, not a vacation anymore...

I’m here now and there is still carpeting. I don’t think the rooms have been updated since 14/15. The villas side are renovated, but not the inn.

So many more things I want to do and see for that $$$ but I’m sure some will enjoy it. I’ve been a huge SW fan for 40 years but this doesn’t entice me although I do think it will be an initial hit. I also wonder long term what will happen with interest.

I found them a bother in February but only on very hot days. I think we all have different tolerance levels. My concern is in February the crowds were very light and now they are heavy. I’m leaning towards not going but it’s not an easy decision.

I meant more of how they are handling the lines for say Food & Wine, or where does the mask wearing begin, etc. I was there is February but it was cooler and the crowds were low in addition to line spacing. Since then I have to wear glasses for an eye problem so I am concerned about the masks...

I was there in February and unless they lower capacity and do line spacing I’m not sure masks are a huge safety improvement. We are at BWI, booked 8/15-24 and I’ll go unless I have to wear one outside, it’s just too hot. Speaking of which, so no masks outside at Food and Wine booths smooshed...

I was down 2/10-3/6 and attended both The Festival of the Arts and Flower & Garden festival. We went to many food booths. My experience was completely different. The rules didn’t bother us much at all, sorry it’s having such a negative impact on your trip.

I’ve gotten a BG 6/7 times using the refresh method. The one time I didn’t was with the AT-AT. Guess it depends in the person or phone. Idk.

After being here a few weeks I agree the blue paper/medical type mask is the best.

Some were teens, I said 10+ because I felt that was an age where the child can cope and follow the rules adequately. I didn’t ask their exact ages while in line.

I saw a family in line at Slinky dog yesterday and three of them (all 10+ in age) had their masks below their nose. This wasn’t from exhaustion, it was from selfishness. I’ve been down 3 weeks and it’s not always great wearing the mask but either do it or go elsewhere. They aren’t doing...

We’ve gone manny times in August and survived ok but there is no way I could do it in a mask. Here now and 84 with low humidity was tough enough, went through 3 masks today. I wouldn’t go in August with a mask if it was free.

I’ve gone during many summers and I’m here now with the masks. No way I could do them together. I personally would not spend money to be that miserable.

I do have to say we ate in MK last night and our waiter had a mask and visor on. Many times he stopped by while we were eating and asked if we needed anything, how everything was, etc. So do I stop eating/drinking, grab my mask, put it on and then answer him? I’m personally not going to take...
