We enjoyed a watermelon salad that had feta cheese and a balsamic reduction. I agree also with PP, the Rose slushies in France is delicious!

Thanks for the tip on having them cut up the apple. I've always wanted to get one, because I love caramel apples, but they are such a disaster to eat. Definitely going to get one in April!

We have eaten at both. The Wave has a buffet and an a la carte menu. We all had the buffet, and it was so yummy. They had sweet potato pancakes that I loved.

Bummer about Captains Grill. We have had breakfast and dinner there on past trips and had good food and service both times.
