Planning our first trip, would you recommend going in May or June (I know to avoid Golden week) or the fall? Seeing the Halloween decorations are not a priority. We're looking for lower crowds and better weather.

Same thing, I got the dwarfs when adding guests. I chatted and MS was able to add them for me.

Just received the emails from DVC confirming my rooms for April. Not sure if the problem is resolved systemwide or if my last email resulted in a manual fix. I'm so relieved!

Not as of last Friday when I called. But I know someone who was having trouble getting two ressies merged, one with transferred points and that finally did go through. She's also pretty sure she missed out on a waitlist because of it, it was gone by the time she called MS.

Yes, but they said to call to make ADRs which has a different opening time and isn't nearly as convenient. They also can't answer about using phones as keys, morning hours, extended hours or booking ILLs at 7am. Not even sure who to call for an ADR since I don't have a confirmation number or...

The problem isn't that I can't book online with transferred points, been what way for years. The problem is MS can't book anything with transferred points, instead they are putting a hold on the room and telling people to check in at the front desk. No reservation number to add to MDE.

Thanks, I'm looking for the "things" I need to review with MS when they tell me I won't have a room reservation in MDE because they can't book anything with transferred points. They assure me the "hold" is sufficient to check-in at the front desk. I don't believe them.
