Correct, it doesn’t come with a FNC. You receive the $50 x 2 within the first year. But if you want the credit for the same stay, break the charge up into two $50 charges because you won’t get two $50 credits if you make a single $100 charge, if that makes sense.

Coming back to answer my own question. I called Chase and the agent said that if I paid for taxes/fees with a CSP then the CSP travel benefits would apply even if I changed to a CSR before the travel dates. I'm not sure whether or not I believe that the agent knew what they were talking about...
