The apps useful for seeing what’s open, wait times & booking some places to eat but you don’t need to plan too far ahead,, I would have rented my points & paid out of pocket as you then have more choice.: Did you get a package with your points including park tickets?

Guess it depends how often you plan to go,, my plans for this next trip is for 15 days with at least 12 days in the parks. Wont be returning for a few years,

I chatted to a CM on Sunday who told me that my points would return to the borrowed year (2021) ,, i have that in a chat transcript & Disney will have this in there database,, i did not bank till last night until my flights got confirmed cancelled & now my points have been put back in this years...

I would rather get it booked, confirmed & no need to think about it again, & when you said,, its going to cost me? Wouldn't it cost me anyway when I get closer unless your talking about the difference of using your owns points at 7 months compared to someone else's at 11 months,, Cheers
