Wow, that was very condescending. I know good from bad and please don’t tell me to lighten up, it’s rude. The danger of fireworks isn’t funny in any way nor is making light of mental illness. It’s all funny until it’s happening to you or someone you care about.

No. I live in an area where one of the auto makers was testing their driverless cars. They creep me out. If I was in one I would be terrified of the thing malfunctioning, causing a crash, and killing me and/or others.

Other Halloween only candies:

Bazooka bubble gum. It was always hard but it had the comics on the back of the wrapper and they were only a penny a piece.

I loved Pixy Stix but we only got them at Halloween when trick or treating. We used pillowcases and I always tried to get those in hand and “eat” them immediately. If I didn’t they would break and all the powder was at the bottom of the bag.

Jiffy Pop was so fun but we could never seem to cook it without the whole bottom layer burning.

My mother used to make pudding pops in Dixie cups (do they still make those?) and they were better than the Jello-O brand. There’s recipes online if you want to try making your own.

These have been discontinued and brought back several times. My favorite was Teaberry.

Space Dust “the sizzling candy” was like Pop Rocks only smaller crystals.

Razzles. The candy that turned into gum as you chewed it.
