Depends on what time of year you are looking at, but generally speaking, the studios are very difficult to book at the 7 month mark. 1 bedrooms tend to have more availability 7 months out, but you will still want to be online right when booking opens to snag a reservation.

Is no one else concerned about the "Pod" and the actual location of the fridge in the cabinet? It has been my experience that those mini-fridges cycle on and off constantly and can make quite a bit of racket. No way do I want that 5 feet away from my head!
