Of course this would have to happen on the 2nd day of our trip. We’ve got 8 day park hoppers starting April 19th. Any chance we can upgrade our hoppers to APs after using them once? Pre-Covid that would have been no problem, you could always upgrade a hopper to an AP as long as it still had one...

Biggest tip I can give you is to enjoy your first full day in the parks and don't even try to access your room at the VGF until after 4:00pm. I have seen so many people waste an entire park day sitting in the lobby thinking they might be able to get into their room early. It's just not worth trying.

Just got through to Disney dining after 45 minutes wait, not too bad, and got a very knowledgeable and friendly castmember. They are aware of the problem and working hard to fix it. Definitely we haven't missed out on the ADRs yet, so just have patience and keep checking back periodically...

We still go, although it's nothing like it was in the old days. Mainly we just make a meal out of salad, noodles and bread. :laughing: None of us are big meat eater anyway except my son, he eats the meats even though they aren't very good. It's just all about the atmosphere and nostalgia for me.

Homecomin used to be our favorite but after 2 bad meals there we haven't been back. The Boathouse is usually pretty good, although service can be slow during busy times. Morimoto Asia is definitely my current favorite.
