Yesterday, Friday the 15th was the most insanely packed, miserable experience I’ve ever had. It was never that bad before and I have been on multiple days where they closed for capacity. I won’t be back for a while. Maybe ever.

I was turned away for Splash and Indy single rider today. I didn’t try Space cause it was opening and a 10 minute wait was posted (took 40 minutes). Matterhorn and and Smugglers Run are both great, efficient single riders. Also did RSR the other day at DCA.

Yep this is all by design. Overcrowded and understaffed. Chapek isn’t going to pay a single more cast member than he has to. I guess he’s adding a wing to one of his mansions.

I just watched a vlog where the host discovered that their Halloween specialty food and drink is available on the boardwalk only and not at the restaurant proper (which is insane).

Glad I spent all of those days waking up in the middle of the night and they end up releasing Blue Bayou at 4:30PM on a random Tuesday roughly 25 days in advance. Thanks for the consistency Disney! :P However, I am happy to report I snagged a nice Dinner reservation for my last night.

I really suspect Genie is behind this reservation madness. At least for the launch, they want reservation inventory so the app actually has something to suggest. This would be why all the reservations seem dry up at the start of October.

I’m not sure. I’m reading on Twitter that the “lowest level” has already sold out but I don’t exactly know what that means or how to verify it.

Finally got my pass! Reservations set! I’ll be interested to see if us “out of state” pass holders ever get our welcome package. I was AP for 6 years and never got a frickin magnet 😂

I noticed in the Q&A that he says Disneyland guests can start booking their rides when they enter the park. Is this going to turn into a situation where everyone rushes the park at rope drop so they can buy their way into Rise before it sells out? If so, nothing will have changed for the guest...

LOL. I used to grab Big Thunder passes all day cause the ride broke down so often it usually turned into a multi-experience pass.

I definitely miss the days when everything was 7am, 60 days out, but you didn’t even have to worry about that cause most things had plenty of availability.
