How do you find out what eligibility was at the time of purchase? I am pretty sure I know what qualitied at the time but I would like to verify.

We passed ROFR 5/27 and Mason sent us the final documents 6/14. We had the money in our account within days of sending it back. I never expected it so fast.

Just had a contract bought back by Disney. I thought it was a quicker process when they by back but apparently it can be longer. In our case, it is much longer than another contract we just sold that passed ROFR.

Quick question to recent sellers. How long does a sold contract show in your DVC account? A contract we sold closed and we received the money last week. I am still seeing the vacation points in my account. We sold a couple of contracts years ago and I don't remember that happening.

Just adding from my experience. We stayed in a roomette. It took over 2 hours to get our car once we finally arrived. Our train was delayed several hours. We paid to get priority loading on our return. (Haven't done it yet) Also, we found the food inedible. Luckily we had packed a cooler.

I am currently selling one of my contracts. Just thought I would provide info. that it was sent to ROFR and waived by Disney in 19 days. Seemed fast to me.

I skimmed through this thread and didn't see a mention of point charts, if so, I apologize if this is redundant. Do not assume because you see a value AK studio or standard BWV 2 bedroom... that you will be able to book it, especially during busy times even if you try right at the 11 month...

Jambo has flamingos near the pool and they also have Pelicans at Arusha. There are big beautiful rocking chairs around out back which never seems to congested. The viewing area at Kidani is nicer because the fencing is lower than the fencing at Jambo

A 1 bedroom standard view at BWV used to be 154 for a week at the beginning of December. 2023 it will be 180. That's a significant change.

We just came back and had a value room overlooking the pool. The pool was much more crowded last week then it seemed this week. Last week people were all over the outside waiting to get in an hour before it opened. Not so many there ahead this week.

We stayed at Jambo. Sunshine Flyer picked up one other family at All Star and straight to the airport. I didn't like the cloth backed seats on ME so this was nicer.

Just took Sunshine Flyer yesterday. I am uploading photos now. The outside is decorated to look like a train but it looks just like the Mears buses on the inside. I will upload a couple of pictures of the inside a bit.
