    Disappointed

I was so oblivious to all this. I just know one day he was running the rumor board, the next he wasn’t anywhere to be seen. And I wondered what happened, and now I know. I’m so glad Ryan has found other outlets where he can use his talents. He was so good and informative, and the fact pete...

Rumors that Disney is in negotiations to sell Star Wars back to George Lucas!

In fairness to the last part, abrams set up the end of TFA with that shot of Rey/Luke meeting. He kinda HAD to pick up right where it left off

    Disney+ and Satan

If your biggest concern with the world is some adult show Disney is putting out, then you really need some perspective

Engineering company behind Test Track and Soarin' sold for $1.5 million.

I’m no expert in the industry, but that seems like a crazy low price for them to be bought for

    New Orleans Square replacing Frontierland?

Agreed. I think adding to the other parks would help dramatically with MK overcrowding.

    New Orleans Square replacing Frontierland?

I’ve seen people speculate they could fill in the river entirely to create lots of expansion space. I think that’s a long shot, but they only have one big expansion slot left behind thunder mountain, so I do think they’ll have to think outside the box to create more space

Are there any lawyers willing to speculate?

    The plot continues to thicken

Are there any lawyers willing to speculate?

They can’t explicitly null the contract via legislation. As I’ve come to learn over the past week, that is pretty explicitly enshrined in our constitution that government can’t nullify contracts. The last part, they’d have to build on the districts land and not land owned by Disney

Are there any lawyers willing to speculate?

When chapek made his reversed course last year on the don’t say gay bill, he mentioned they were freezing future political contributions for scrutiny. Whether they actually did that or not, I couldn’t tell you

    New Orleans Square replacing Frontierland?

Yeah I’d imagine anything substantial to meet opening day would’ve had to be already actively being worked on. Which I guess we don’t know what’s happening behind the walls since we can’t get back there, but nothings been announced yet. I think ultimately peco bill’s gets rethemed because it’s...

    New Orleans Square replacing Frontierland?

I think you can feasibly put a restaurant in that cluster of buildings in the above screenshot. You can reroute the exit and have a bunch of space that is super underutilized currently. Granted, it’s way easier to redo an existing restaurant, but adding more places to eat would be beneficial...

    New Orleans Square replacing Frontierland?

I think you can make that whole area around the splash queue/exit a bit of a different vibe without it being totally out of place. I’m very interested to see what they do, but changing the entire land to match one new attraction seems ridiculous and super unlikely

    New Orleans Square replacing Frontierland?

To add credence to your “tangentially fit” part, the Matterhorn has existed at Disneyland since 1959 straddling fantasyland and Tomorrowland, and was considered part of Tomorrowland for a long while. If an icy mountain can be considered the future, we got nothing to worry about here 😂

    New Orleans Square replacing Frontierland?

I’ve argued since the beginning tiana’s fits no worse in Frontierland than splash mountain did. New Orleans is actually further west than where the characters from song of the south were based.

    Check out Polynesian construction progress…

It’s the unfortunate reality of the polys location. Wedged between seven seas lagoon and the MK parking lot.

    Check out Polynesian construction progress…

Yeah it sticks out big time with the longhouses. I get it’ll be “themed” to some degree, but it’s so different than the rest of the structures there, it seems so out of place

I’m not sure anything you listed reaches the absolute heinous levels of Superstar Limo

    Disney World Resorts Struggling

I agree with this. I love universal and can’t wait to go back. But I’ve gone pretty much annually to WDW all my life and I love it as well for its own reasons. To me they’re both great venues with their pros and cons, but it doesn’t need to be a direct comparison as a lot of people make it out to be
