Well, maybe it's just me that would let a small child stand in front of me at a parade, seeing as I am a grown man and they would not interfere with my view or enjoyment at all. Each to their own.

Children on shoulders is more to do with grown adults selfishly standing at the front blocking young children's views I feel. We were there Dec 1-4, and it amuses me how stupid adults look battling their way to the front for the parades and shows lol

BTM and TOT are both better at DLP in my (and my kids) opinion. Crush's coaster is brill, we loved it, although it is in the studios - both are doable in a day if the crowd levels are ok. The parks are right next door to each other.
