We are having the same problem. I ended up booking the Drury Inn. My only concern is the traffic the next morning when we head to ASSp to check in. But for $89.00, I couldn’t beat it!

We are headed to Disney the first week of March for the Mardi Gras break. There will be more people than usual, but its not unbearable. I will say that MANY schools here in Louisiana are out for the whole week for Mardi Gras.

It was 55 today and perfect! I hope it's not freezing - but I have to admit, I wouldn't mind getting to see some real snow! Not the kind we have to scoop off the car to barely roll in a ball! Lol

You are right - being from Louisiana we are not use to the cold!! Lol -I'm very hopeful that the temps will b pleasant and I may hold off purchasing jackets until January or so! Thank goodness we are flying southwest and get free bags- I may have a whole suitcase of hats, gloves and sweaters. Haha !

Thank you! We are really at a loss for jackets. I have a pea coat,but didn't think it would be warm enough. Yes- I have 2 teenagers, but thankfully the picky one already has a jacket! I will look into lands end. Maybe they have some in sears to try on? February seemed like a good idea, because...

We will be taking a family vacation to DC the last week in February. Since I am from the south, we really don't have freezing winters. What are the best/warmest jackets? Should I look for Northface jackets and if so which ones ? We will be using the metro and will be outside for tours , etc...

I will be staying at bonnet creek very soon and I am paying less than 200.00 a night for a 3 bedroom . I booked through vacation strategy and have used them several times with no problems .

Personally Ohana is my favorite TS. With that being said- my kids LOVED HDDR on our first trip to Disney. (They were 5 & 7 at the time.) We even booked a horse and carriage ride right after the show ended. I don't think you can go wrong with either choice- sorry I'm not more help.

More often than not , we pick value. Next week we will be checking into Wyndham Bonnet Creek. (offsite) The more I save, the longer I can stay!
