I'm in! I got my second choice category. I agree that this process seemed smoother, although the redial/on hold time was about the same. But to see the cabin already on the DCL website -- priceless!!

I agree with you, especially because we will have 2 full days at sea.

I lived that one, too, which is why I panicked! But the "interest saving balance" is showing correctly, so I think I'm okay.

No need to wait on hold again to try to pay. They are not going to cancel anybody before trying to call you. They did this once before and it took over a week for some people to get the call, even though they say it will be three days.

I was told quite clearly that I was speaking to a supervisor and that they had consulted with "Leadership" (I was on hold for about 15 minutes) and told no. It was frustrating because he kept saying that cabins are not considered confirmed until we get the confirmation from DCL (so I can't...

I am so disappointed. I had thought that I got my first choice connecting cabins on the Mediterranean cruise, but realized on my callback just now that the agent made a mistake and gave us cabins on opposite sides of the ship. Despite my best explanation that the other family would be minimally...

I was in the shower yesterday when they called to collect payment, so they left a message to call back today. When I did, I got a busy signal!!! Not again!!! 😂 I need to play it for my kids, I don’t think they’ve ever heard a phone busy signal.
