    San Juan Port

We were on the Disney wonder from Galveston to San Juan last week. There were no issues at all with the poor, completely easy to get in and out of. We used Uber, and taxis to get around and we were there for about a day and a half post cruise. Loved every minute

    Jamaica state of emergency

We were in Jamaica about a week and a half ago, and it was as beautiful as ever. My family and I felt totally safe, even though we didn’t do a typical Disney excursion ( we hired a driver for six hours to the ship, instead of doing a group tour ).

    Steak in Cabanas

I don’t know how I’ve missed it on my previous two cruises, but last week on the Wonder we had the most excellent steak in Cabanas. My teenage son and daughter were literally salivating over it… I know this is a longshot, but does anyone know what kind of sauce they serve on top of the New York...

Our hotel told us that Uber will take you right into the port, but they charge $25-$35 per car as a port entry fee

    Galveston Shuttle Question

Ok, my hotel advertised as having transportation to the port, but when I arrived the lady at the desk said they actually drop you off at the Starbucks “across the street”. I’m unfamiliar with the area, and it’s late at night. Is it a walkable distance from Starbucks to the port, or should we...

    Optional Dressup

Awesome guys, thanks!! I can’t wait until this cruise. It’s only a 5-day, and we’ve only done 7-days previously, so I’m not sure what to really expect.

    Optional Dressup

Hi- does every cruise/itinerary have AT LEAST an optional dress up night? We are going on a 5-night night week, and I know we won’t have a formal night. We still want to dress up one of the nights so we can get some fun photos (not formal gowns, but snazzy outfits and heels)... but my daughter...

    Galveston Fun Dinner Spot

Hi All and Happy New Year! We leave for Galveston this weekend, and I’d love to hear about your favorite pre-cruise family dinner place. There will be 10 of us: 4 adults, 6 kids age 6-14. Thanks!!

    Rum cake

You can get them in pretty much any airport as well (as well at Cost Plus Market!!), which I didn’t realize until I bought several in Grand Cayman.

Change to DCL website itinerary listing

I’m 34 days out, and it isn’t showing on mine. Bummer, because it’s a 5 night and I have Palo. I’d like to make sure it isn’t Pirate Night.

    Mixology Class - Drinks?

Great question. We did Mixology on the Fantasy last October, and we are signed up for one on the Wonder in January... we had an absolute blast on the first one. Never considered whether the drinks would be different next round. Watching this thread!
