So we did get pixie dusted with an upgrade at SSR this week . I booked a standard studio and we were assigned a Congress park studio. I didn’t get the upgrade to a one bedroom but I am quite the happy camper being in CP. refurb room is great!

We have stayed at SSR many times but I have never ordered an UBer to come directly to our building , I always order it at the valet area and same with my instacart orders. Has anyone ever requested them to come directly to your building and have they found them ok?
