I have 5 Annual Passholders on my account. Four of them were extended through February 6, 2021. Mine still states October 13, 2020 so I could get them all Theme Park Reservation for our November trip but no go on mine. I’ve tried calling and chatting all day but no luck.

I am going 8/31 through 9/4. I am also a passholder. There is a passholder discount through 8/31. Assuming a new one comes out starting 9/1, do I have to book the first night separately or can I somehow get a different discount on the same reservation?

By the way if you were lucky to get both in a day with the "glitch", it appears you can't modify them. I tried to change the time on both and it just opens the page with "other experiences" not the one with other available times even though I know other times are still available as I can check...

I was honestly surprised about how many times are still available (even though I know still only 60+ people can book). Also the system didn't crash or have any real delays for me. The most I had was a 2 minute wait screen that showed the floating mountain and indicated I was in a queue.

I got both on the 28th as well. I just tried to repeat that on 5 different days and now it is definitely preventing it. I guess it was just a glitch that happened for the first 30 minutes or so and some of us got lucky.

The glitch appears to be fixed and can now only book one.
