I'm planning a trip in July, staying at Surfside. My kids are very interested in Gatorland. (16F and 12M) We won't have a car. Is it easy to Uber from the hotel to Gatorland? Any idea on approximate cost? Any tips or recommendations about Gatorland in general? Thanks!

Sometimes the different parade floats come out individually and do a small show and allow pictures with the characters afterwards. I have seen the minions there in the past.

We are planning a trip in June and will have a very petite 5 year old in our group. She will not be able to ride a few of the rides. What is the current policy at Disney World for rider swap? Also, what rides do you recommend going to first from rope drop in each park? Thanks!
