Here Now & Just Back WDW Reopening Experiences Including Park Hopping

Is there a specific link or place on the Disney website where you can go to tell them about a positive experience with a cast member? I thought someone said there was, but I can’t find it.

BOG or CRT which is best option

We had a wonderful dinner at BOG on Christmas Day (dinner). Everything was delicious, and even my picky teen found some new foods and things she liked. Our server was so kind, told jokes about Mrs. Potts helping out in the kitchen, and brought us a special “grey stuff” Xmas plate with our...

Arriving early to AoA after a Redeye...

A lifeguard was giving us a little tour while showing us to the Big Blue pool last week, and he stated that the cabanas at the Cars pool are first come first serve right now for free (or maybe it’s always like that?). I imagine there might be some available at 7am when you get there if your room...

Disney's ART OF ANIMATION RESORT Information & Questions

There is about a half of case of bottled water that I placed outside of room 8857 if anyone is here and wants it, as we are on our way home today to a winter weather advisory of 6 inches of snow.

    Animal Kingdom strategy for tomorrow?

We did AK on 12/27. 7am-7pm posted park hours. We drove and were let into main gate around 6:20, cars held until 6:30ish if I recall. In the park through temp check and in line for FOP alittle before 7, walk on. I’m just posting our experience to let anyone know that it doesn’t seem to be a...

Disney's ART OF ANIMATION RESORT Information & Questions

Little mermaid I’m sure the suites might be quieter. We usually stay at POP and it never seemed this bad? But again, a small inconvenience to a great vacation. But I can understand whole conversations from our neighbors it’s so bad.

Disney's ART OF ANIMATION RESORT Information & Questions

At AoA right now. While we are loving it and having a wonderful vacation, the walls between rooms are paper thin. Literally.

MK was a dream yesterday. Got in line for bus at 6:30, third family in line. Bus came at around 6:40. Temp check and on seven dwarfs by 7:30 at latest I think. Did seven dwarfs twice, SM 3 times, railroad twice, splash twice in a row (brrrr), and everything else once w exception of jungle cruise...

Here Now & Just Back WDW Reopening Experiences Including Park Hopping

Your post made my day!!! We are leaving tomorrow and staying for a week and I have been so concerned about long long lines, waiting forever to get into stores or get food and then someone posted magical express was an hour wait yesterday and I told my husband I was about to cancel the trip...

Have you tried the masks from Athleta? I have to wear one all day at work, and those are wonderful. Honestly I forget I have one on. Very breathable, 2 layers, fit well. Just throwing out another option to try.

Dinner alternatives at Disney (no DS or parks)

I have a reservation for Olivia’s, grabbed it this morning, we’ve never been. Looking at Saanas but there doesn’t seem to be much availability. I’ll look at the others you suggested as well!

Dinner alternatives at Disney (no DS or parks)

Any recommendations for good places? I’m looking for a place for dinner on our no park night. We have a car and I think would like to avoid DS only because I fear it will be at capacity on Sunday December 28 by dinner time.

Hollywood & Vine or Mama Melrose

How about if you had to choose between Brown Derby, 50’s, or Mama Melrose for lunch, which would you all pick?

    Walkway from TTC to MK?

We would really like to rope drop, on Xmas day. I know, we are crazy. If the monorail doesn’t start running until approximately 30 mins before park opening, and the parks “surprise open” like they have been doing 45 mins earlier than actual opening, then I have to come up w a different plan. And...

    Walkway from TTC to MK?

Those are really good points! Wondering (Xmas day) how long that line for the monorail will be/etc? I know nobody knows and I’ll just be guessing. For me it was more the control of being able to walk there myself. But agree that the monorail or ferry would be easier. In years past we have...

    Walkway from TTC to MK?

People have been posting about getting to bus stops a hour and half prior to park opening for MK or sometimes that buses aren’t always coming as early as people would like. Although the walkway would be a 40 min walk, at least I would feel “in control” a bit about when we got to MK maybe? Maybe...

    Walkway from TTC to MK?

We weren’t being advised to park at the Contemporary, we were advised to take an Uber. I know you can’t park there. I was suggesting parking my rental car at the TTC and using the walkway to MK versus taking an Uber to pick up breakfast at the Contemporary and walking to MK.

    Walkway from TTC to MK?

Has anybody ever walked or heard of the walkway from Grand Floridian that also connects to TTC and MK? I was just reading a blog and it seems like it is fairly new and was wondering if that could be another option as well with a rental car to make rope drop versus creating a mobile order for...
