I called today at 8:00 - was initially quoted 104 minutes wait, then about two hours later it changed to 334. Finally spoke to CM at 12:48, total time on the phone 291 minutes.

I had the same 334 min quoted around half hour ago as well, and that was an update from an earlier 104 min estimate right after I called in at 8:00 eastern. Yesterday at one point it was way over 400 min. Something odd is going on there.

It's a long walk, but definitely doable. Expect about 30 minutes from Poly to MK. About the only way to avoid TTC when staying at Poly now.

It is a tough choice - particularly since the Big Blue Pool at AoA is closed for renovation, but two bathrooms and a door in a suite just can't be beat. Plus - since a guaranteed Cars Suite was an option, that put us near the small Cozy Cones pool - I was able to sell that to kids.

There isn't much parking space available - the main lot is closed, so only the one by the villas is open. I don't believe they let anyone in other than those with Kona dining reservations. But walking over from TTC is definitely doable.

I feel the same. But while the monorail station and 'Ohana remain closed, so are 6 of the longhouses, which means fewer people in Poly's common areas and the pools. TTC is just a short walk from Poly villas, and GF and all of its food options aren't far either.

We stayed at YC and Poly the week of Thanksgiving. Stormalong Bay was quite cold, while both Poly pools were definitely heated.

AoA suite does sound like a great upgrade, but with the Big Blue Pool being closed for refurbishment, that takes away one advantage of Finding Nemo section - and AoA overall. My kids would not be happy trading Fantasia pool for Flipping Fins or Cozy Cone.

My 5 reservations for Thanksgiving week disappeared earlier today, and I just received 5 e-mails with cancellations. Worst part, I made a reservation for a Thanksgiving day dinner at California Grill which cancelled a Narcoossee's I made at 60-day mark. Now both of these are gone.

Nope. The entire system was completely nonfunctional until about 8:30, anyone who was in before 7:00am had to re-login (and got stuck doing it).
