I always take my alarm clock anyway because it projects onto the ceiling. And, if I don't have a side table, I'm not fishing around on the floor for a phone. But, some of the bedside tables do have additional plugs. We also bring power strip, just in case.

I feel very much the same way. And, my mother is quite the 'victim' now. I haven't brought it up to her, it would just upset her and make things unbearable.

I have moved from a warm dark brown to light grey in our main areas. We have white doors and trim, though. Maybe you could start with one wall that has a door to see if you like it, or think you soon grow to like it.

Seem odd to demo the bus stop at the main building. Perhaps it's the bus stop for the Cabanas. Maybe they are using the space and lot for construction staging. (edited - always confuse Ranchos and Cabanas :crazy2: )

I'm taking my elderly mother in December and was really looking forward to her seeing this one. Fingers crossed these rumors are incorrect and the ride doesn't shut down until 2018 when the sponsorship expires. :sad:

These are the dates we are looking at this year. Last year was our first WDW trip and we did 12/17-23. I didn't think the crowds were too bad. Started picking up towards the end of the trip. I expect this November trip to be similar. But, warmer weather.

I've known many that have used them. Great for the littles that want to be independent and not held, and great for your back so that you don't have to walk bent over holding his hand. And, the Mickey is adorable. More likely that he'll like it.
