We're going in a couple weeks- kids ages 10 and 13. I'm planning to ask for adult size portions of the beef tenderloin and salmon kids entrees. I think my kids will be happy with that and I don't mind paying adult prices.

That's happening randomly for various restaurants... they're late loading them. It's annoying. Just keep checking until your trip, and set up some dining alerts thru paid apps for the ones you really want.

My kids are finally at an age we can take advantage of this. Might have to send my mom (grandma) back to the room early, though. 😊

If they're still doing Extended Evening Hours for Deluxe resort guests, I would switch the 2nd Magic Kingdom day to Wednesday. Historically, EEH for Epcot is Monday and MK is Wednesday but they have been known to mix it up occasionally. I like 2 days at each of those parks and 1 day at AK and...

Lately, MDE is letting you overlap reservations and not prompting you to cancel the first one. At least that's been my observation. So unless they fix the problem, it should be easy to book Ohana regardless of what time it's for.

Don't have firsthand experience, but I've heard if you walk over first thing when they open (10am?10:30?11? Idk) someone is standing there putting names on a list for standby later in the day. I'd try that. Good luck!
