Private Transfer vs DCL Transport from WDW Hotel to Port Canaveral

We just took the Disney transfers from Saratoga Springs a week ago. We were boarding group 6 and on the ship by 11:30, probably 30-45 minutes after the first group. Luggage picked up from our room was easy and you keep the bags in the room near the door, they knock quietly, then take your bags...

We visited The Rose after boarding then totally forgot about it! Next time...

Favorite dining rotation on The Wish?

We just returned and had option 3, which I think is best. In my opinion, it gets the weakest menu and loudest show out of the way first.

Observations from our 4-Night Wish cruise 4/8-4/12

Yes, she was wonderful as our assistant as was Anthony our head server. She even made folded paper little people for all of us and special flower bouquet and a bird for the ladies. I didn't see her give these out to any other table so we felt special. I even had her pick my wine 3 nights and she...

Observations from our 4-Night Wish cruise 4/8-4/12

We just returned from our wonderful 4-night Disney Wish cruise that left PC on Monday 4/8. This is now our 4th DCL ship we have been on and have now been on at least 1 of every class. My DW and I are olds (60) and traveling with no kids. We are not foodies but enjoy good food. There were things...

DCL Bus to/from Port Canaveral recent experiences

We are going to use DCL transportation taking us from/to Saratoga Springs to/from Port Canaveral. I'm wondering if anyone could share recent experiences, especially timing going to PC and back to SSR after the cruise. I've read most of the other threads but was looking for some recent...

Here Now & Just Back WDW Reopening Experiences Including Park Hopping

We just returned (3/5) from a quick 3 day trip to WDW. We had a great time with what we thought were low wait times. We did not purchase any LL or G+ passes. Only once did we wait close to an hour with most waits 35-40 minutes-ish. On Thurs. 3/2 at DHS we hit all the big rides in the back of the...

    Tron previews for DVC?

Yahoo! We were 1,500 in the que and got the morning of March 4. It took about 20 minutes to get through that many before us. My DW had her phone going and was about 900 behind me. She got out of the que once we confirmed our ride.

*HHI Owners and Beach Lovers Group Thread*

Hello! We are looking to stay at the DVC Hilton Head Island Resort in late September for our first trip to the island. What is the island like this time of year? Does anything close down with it being after Labor Day? Thanks for any help.

    Savi's and Oga's Cantina Reservations

Happy New Year! I'm planning our quick trip in early March and have a questions about Savi's and Oga's reservations. We are 4 adults and currently have 2 Savi's reservations to make lightsabers at 6:45 pm. I can get Oga's reservation at 7:15 pm. I'm assuming this is too close together but could...

    Luau Photos

You sit at a family table and are released to go get food at a buffet (except kids got their own box dinner). There are pre-show activities and the "bar" is open. It depends on whether you want to get in earlier to do more activities or not. The earlier you arrive before they let you in the more...

    Luau Photos

Here are some photos I took from the July 20th luau at Aulani. We did not have VIP seating but still had great views of the show. We really enjoyed the show. The food and drinks we thought were very good as well. There are a couple small platforms the performers come out into the crowd to do...

    Live from Aulani pics

Yes, sorry. I was just curious how slow of a shutter you needed, especially the shot on the beach with the trees. I'm going in a few weeks and will definitely be trying some night shots.

Great shots! Can I ask the camera settings? I'm wondering how much ambient light there is. Thanks!
